    We inventory your stack, backup posture, security surface, and current update lag. You get a written health report inside 5 business days.

    Onboarding

    We install monitoring, take a full baseline backup, and stage a mirror we can update against before touching production.

    Weekly maintenance

    Updates run on a scheduled window, off-hours where possible, always against staging first. Anything that breaks gets rolled back automatically.

    Monthly report

    You get an email on the 1st of every month with uptime, patches applied, backups verified, and any performance changes worth flagging.

    Incident response

    If the site goes down or gets flagged, we respond inside 30 minutes during business hours and inside 2 hours overnight. Included in every plan.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need to move my hosting to work with you?

No. We manage sites on Hostinger, WP Engine, Kinsta, Cloudways, Shopify, Squarespace, Wix, Vercel, Netlify, and standard cPanel setups. If your host is somewhere weird, we will tell you before we sign.

What if my site was built by someone else?

That is most of what we do. We inherit sites weekly. Onboarding includes reading whatever documentation exists, and building the parts that do not.

Do you fix broken things or just prevent them?

Both. Small fixes are included. Larger rebuilds or feature work gets scoped separately, but you are not paying us to hand you a ticket queue.

How fast do you respond to a site outage?

Inside 30 minutes during US business hours, inside 2 hours overnight and weekends. Uptime monitor pages our on-call directly.

How much does maintenance cost?

Plans start at $500 per month depending on platform, traffic, and complexity. Custom monthly retainer, priced to scope, month-to-month, no long-term contracts.
